These prices are for the contiguous U.S. only. HOW TO RETURN A VIOLIN Please send the package by UPS only. Include a detailed letter stating the reason for the return. Clearly print your name, address and phone number, and put the letter in the violin case. Pack the violin the same way that you received it. Place foam or tissue under the strings on each side of the bridge, so the bridge won't fall. Put a paper towel between the violin and the bow, so if the package is handled roughly, or shipped upside down, the bow won't scratch the violin. Wrap the violin case in plastic wrap or newspaper to keep the peanuts from sticking to the case.
