All of our violins are guaranteed to please both you and your instructor. You may have up to 7 days to examine the violin. If it's unsatisfactory for any reason, call us and return the violin immediately by UPS. You will receive a full refund, including shipping both ways (except for air- freight.) If you don’t know how to tune a violin don’t touch the pegs. We don’t guarantee strings, bridges or bows. They only break if abused. All outfits are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects, no time limit.
